Initial Consultation

30 minutes: FREE

Is Hidden Potential Coaching the right fit for your health and fitness goals?  Find out with our FREE 30-minute consultation!  Consultation will be aimed at getting to know you and include an introduction to who we are, the plans we offer, and how we can help you reach your goals no matter where you are in your journey.  

Fitness Coaching (Monthly)

Monthly: $150
  • Personalized weekly training plan designed to meet you where you're at with your current fitness level and goals.
  • Nutrition, recovery, and fitness goal guidance.
  • Access to mobile app to track progress, view and log workouts, and communicate with your coach.
  • Daily communication and feedback via email, text, or phone call.
  • Accountability and motivation to reach your goals.

One-on-One Personal Training (Single Session)

30 minutes: $35
60 minutes: $50
  • Personalized one-on-one training session designed to meet you where you're at with your current fitness level and goals
  • Identify and demonstrate appropriate exercises on an individual-basis
  • Provide direction and feedback on exercise techniques and forms
  • First session will include consultation to determine current fitness level and goals

Weight Management Consultation

60 minutes: $50
  • Answer questions related to weight management, including weight loss, maintenance, fitness, and nutrition
  • Identify daily caloric needs (TDEE)
  • Document beginning body measurements
  • Discuss nutritional and fitness goals

Two-Person Personal Training

60 minutes: $40/Person

Train with a partner and push each other to new heights!  Workouts are customized to fit both individuals' goals and fitness levels.  This is a great option to workout alongside your friend, spouse, or training partner, hold each other accountable, and get stronger together!
